Agenda Cultural

Overview: Agenda Cultural is an events discovery platform for Spain concerts, theater, festivals, sports, and exhibitions, searchable and filterable by category and by location, drilling all the way down from region to individual province across the whole country.

My role: Freelance frontend developer, working through Era Coding for a Spanish client. Built the entire frontend from scratch using HTML, SCSS, JavaScript, and jQuery, handled API integration with Axios to pull and render event data, and integrated Disqus for comments and social login (Facebook, Twitter, Google), plus an RSVP feature for event attendance.

The standout technical piece is the location filtering Spain's full region-to-province hierarchy is a deep, nested filter system, built cleanly in vanilla JS/jQuery without a state management library to lean on.
