FusionMinds

Overview: FusionMinds builds tools for organizations to manage ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) data, reporting, and sustainability strategy. I was brought on as a senior frontend developer for their main website and to lead frontend integration of GAIA, their AI assistant working directly with founders who came from Microsoft and Nvidia.

My role: Senior frontend developer, freelance engagement. Built out the main website frontend and integrated GAIA end-to-end on the client side.

GAIA the AI core

GAIA acts as an AI copilot for ESG workflows automating data management, surfacing actionable insights, and improving reporting accuracy, with a chat interface for users to query directly. I built GAIA on Azure OpenAI, enhanced with Azure Cognitive Search for vector and semantic search, so responses are grounded in FusionMinds' actual ESG data instead of generic LLM output.

Tech stack: React.js, Redux Toolkit, Tailwind CSS, and shadcn/ui for the frontend, with Framer Motion for animation, React Query and Axios for data fetching, and React Router for navigation. Sign-in supports Google, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Azure auth. GAIA itself runs on Azure OpenAI with Azure Cognitive Search for vector and semantic search.
